Labeling Shock Absorbers


This table top system applies labels to a variety of shock absorbers. A custom R310 has been modified to accommodate the various sizes of shock absorbers.

The system includes a wider product carriage. And there are additional safety features like the dual palm switches to keep the operators hands away from the labeling area as well as a special emergency stop. 


Labeling liquor Bottles


This CP1000 has three label applicators to apply labels to the front & back of liquor bottles as well as wrapping front, back, and neck labels to one half gallon liquor bottles in the proper orientation.

CP1000 for front, back, wrap, and neck labeling.


The system utilizes two (2) product encapsulators with orientation sensors, and is PLC controlled. One encapsulator traps and rotates the one half gallon bottle, applying front and back labels. The other traps and wraps a neck label, and all with proper orientation.
