Vials Labeled with the R321
This R321 is versatile enough to wrap labels around cylindrical products from 50 Milliliters (ML) up to 5 Liter containers. But what about 1 - 4 ML vials? Our engineers with the advice of one of our top distributors said YES!
R321 for 1 - 2 ML Vials
Products like vials are traditionally labeled in the horizontal position, but given the customer's need to present the products vertically, the R321 Automatic System for Round Products was modified. In order to control 1.875” tall x .875” diameter vials, and apply .75" x 1.75" labels, the system's components were sized to fit the products. This was achieved by using a narrow label wrapping belt, reduced to the size of the products, and then a by adding a "Y" axis adjustment mechanism to the label wrapping station.
The system framework, conveyor side frames, and UL certified NEMA 12 control enclosure is powder coated. All other components are hard anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic.
The R310 for Conical Shapes
The table top R310 with Vacuum Transfer Grid can apply rectangular & crescent shaped labels to cylindrical & conical shapes easily and efficiently. The system includes a C205 Hot Stamp Imprinter to add batch or lot numbers and dates.
R310 with Vacuum Transfer Grid for Cylindricals & Conicals
As you'll see in the video, the R310 with Vacuum Transfer Grid is labeling round and tapered products with the same vacuum transfer grid, simply by changing the product drive roller. This table top system is designed to label a multitude of cylindrical and conical shaped products. Its table top design can label up to 6,000 products per day, accurately and efficiently.
